Responsibilities:
Working closely with HR team in developing organizational structure.
Conduct assessments of existing performance management systems and processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their organizational goals, culture, and performance expectations.
Design and implement performance management strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to the specific needs of each.
Develop performance appraisal forms, rating scales, and goal-setting frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience in performance management, talent management, or organizational development roles.
Strong understanding of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing performance appraisal systems, goal-setting processes, and performance improvement plans.
Familiarity with performance management software platforms and tools.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in diverse organizational cultures and industries.
Professional certifications in human resources, talent management, or performance management are a plus
