Business Operation Analyst
Activities and Responsibilities
Developing metrics, tracking, building regular commercial reports/dashboards, and visualizations as needed that allow quick decision making and provide executive leadership with regular analysis of activities and business health
Collect data from business teams and partners and perform independent, unbiased analysis of the result using hospital and key account data
To develop, implement and analyzing customers Profiling, Segmentation & Targeting (PST) by ensuring target lists/MLC are based on prescribing potential for all key brands and updated
Review Sales force Effectiveness (SFE) KPI metrics to ensure compliance with SFE guidelines and consult with respective Sales Heads on remedial action required
Provide incentive calculation and report for sales & PVA non sales incentive
Provide and deliver Performance Management System data and calculation to head of Business Unit (BU) & Human Resources (HR).
Together with Business Operation (BO) Analyst Lead, making sure the calculation and implementation of sales incentive analytics report for Head of BU, Head of Access To Medicine, and Head of HR in regular basis (Monthly, quarterly, Semesterly & yearly)
Provide and deliver standard and adhoc Sales Analytics report for marketing team, sales management & team (SFE Dashboard report, SFE Zoom KPI, PMS Analysis report, Incentive Analysis Report, etc)
Conduct internal training for sales team as part of CRM System implementation and ensure the Veeva CHarm executing by the sales team and MAJU Dashboard user training
Collaborate with training team to ensure the implementation Coaching Tools at Veeva Charm System is executed by the sales team
Developing and improving SFE Policy, SPO, and Veeva Charm internal training needs
Performance Management System ADAPT
Making sure data submission and report delivery in timely manner, and other documentation related with IQVIA and INMAR
Ensure the highest level of Business Operations ethics & code compliance.
Job Specification
Education :
Minimum bachelor degree in Health/Business/Computer/Life Sciences related field.
Experience :
o Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analysis/SFE operation preferably in pharmaceutical industry
o Experience working with Power BI, CRM or database systems
o Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in matrix environment
o Advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
o Self-confident, possess a strong work ethic on data management and analysis
o Proven ability to have strong collaboration skills
