• Understand Bank business process• Collect and analyze data to monitor Bank performance• Create monthly reporting and propose insights for stakeholders' decision making• Participate actively in monthly closing• Provide purposeful solutions for more efficient business processes and reports• Establish good communication for effective collaboration• Perform ad-hoc requests from the supervisor
Requirements
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years working experience• Bachelor's Degree in any major with min. GPA 3.00 from reputable universities• Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic environment• Hardworking and humble team player• Eager to learn and have a hunger for learning something new• Analytical and data-driven• Strong in numbers (bonus point)• Proficient in Excel (bonus point)• Experience in using Looker (bonus point)
