- Serves as a liaison and facilitator between all business units to assist in addressing and resolving IT software issues.
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, and training users.
- Produces technical documentation for new and change request of the applications.
- Creates BRD (Business Requirement Document).
- Analyzes data using SQL syntax.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analyst in life insurance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Core Life Insurance.
- Understand in IFRS17 is an advantage.
- Understand on tools for charting/diagram for Data/Process Flow, UML.
- Understand SQL syntax will be an added value.
- Understand basic/standard system/application working based on current experience/working.
- Good interpersonal skills and team work.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and English (verbal and written).
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
