This role will be an additional to the team of our Travel Insurance Company called Aman Jelajah Indonesia (AJI) with its brand Amanyaman. The role will report directly to the Product Manager.
Responsibility
As a Claim & Administration Staff you will be responsible for below subject matters but not limited to:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of claim data.
- Validate the truth and accuracy of insurance claim documents.
- Assist in the initial review of filing the claim.
- Ensure that the system processes the claim document mutation.
- Process the submission of claim documents to partners.
- Inform claim status updates and pending documents.
- Manage and update sales data and report claims.
- Answers call and respond to customer complaints.
- Manage the sales team's needs (sales kit, administration related to the sales cycle, policy issues).
- Communicate critical feedback from customers internally and externally.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide customers with detailed information about policies and products.
Requirements
As a Claim & Administration Staff, you will need to have:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience in a broker/insurance company
- Knowledge of MS Office software is a must
- Proficiency in MS. Excel is a must. Having the ability to use VLookup, Pivot table, and Conditional formula.
- Ability to explain detailed policy concepts simply.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
