Commis I play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. As a Commis I, the primary purpose is to support the culinary team in the All Day Dining Restaurant, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
This position contributes to the overall success of the hotel by assisting in creating memorable dining experience for guests, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and collaborating with the culinary team to deliver exquisite flavours and innovative culinary creations.

Qualifications
- Education : A diploma or degree in culinary arts, culinary management, or a related field.
- Culinary Skills : Strong culinary skills and a good understanding of basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation.
Commis I should have a passion for food and a willingness to learn and improve their culinary skills.
- Experience : Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment is a plus.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene : A good understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene practices to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
