Marketing & Corporate Relations Program Development :
- Support Marketing Manager BINUS Online Learning in strategy implementation and monitoring Corporate Relations program
- Suggest new marketing services to existing and new corporate clients
- Contribute in sourcing and identifying partnerships and various collaboration opportunities for BINUS Online Learning
- Supervise strategy implementation related to corporate relations accordingly
- Oversee various events initiated by Corporate Relations
- Perform and monitor corporate partners database for BINUS Online Learning & to exceed customer satisfaction
- Facilitate and coordinate implementation of marketing programs with various stakeholders
- Coordinate with related school / faculty for product knowledge and required marketing activity
Marketing & Corporate Relations Management :
- Identifies opportunities to build on existing corporate relationships and partners. Expand corporate relation possibilities.
- Collaborate with other unit in marketing to develop cross promotional activities and / or events which profile the relationship and the organization’s mission
- Proactively maintain and maintain existing and future corporate partners
- Contribute in identifying partnership and external opportunities with global company, strategic industry partners and other prominent companies
- Collaborate with other internal department within BINUS Online Learning for relevant relationship
- Proactively implement ways to improve corporate relationships in order to maintain and strengthen network with the business community
- Establish and maintain good relationships with corporate partners
- Manage the overall corporate relations programs and events
- Monitor and maintain the overall corporate contacts database. Ensure confidentiality of overall database
Marketing & Corporate Relations Evaluation :
- Coordinate with Marketing Intelligence to identify market research needs and conduct diagnostic studies on major marketing problems as well to provide forecast info on marketing trends
- Evaluate the performance of channel distribution (i.e., sales agent that support sales activity)
- Analyze and evaluate marketing activities and provide recommendation to Marketing Manager for further improvement
General Activities :
- Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
- Provide periodic report to direct supervisor
- Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required
- Suggest improvement process related to sales activities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
Education Requirement :
Minimum holder Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
Work Exposure / Experience :
- Minimum 2 years in senior staff, or
- Minimum 4 years experiences in the related area
