About The Role

Job Description:

• Bertanggung jawab atas seluruh kegiatan proyek
• Mampu merencanakan kegiatan operasional proyek di lapangan
• Memberikan pelaporan dalam peningkatan progress di lapangan
• Memonitor kegiatan di dalam proyek dan bertanggung jawa atas biaya, mutu dan waktu
• Memimpin dan mengkoordinasikan setiap kegiatan baik kepada Inspektor dan subkontraktor
• Menjamin tercapainya efisiensi dan produktifitas proyek yang berlangsung
• Memberikan solusi dan arahan teknis kepada inspektor proyek dan subkontraktor
• Berkoordinasi dengan designer dalam hal penerapan gambar di lapangan

Requirements:

• Minimal pendidikan S1 jurusan Teknik Sipil
• Berpengalaman lebih dari 5 tahun dalam peran yang relevan
• Menguasai manajemen konstruksi
• Memiliki leadership dan skill komunikasi yang baik
• Mampu mendelegasikan pekerjaan
• Familiar dan terbiasa menggunakan Ms Office dan Ms Project
• Memiliki kejujuran yang tinggi
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Jabodetabek dan luar Jabodetabek (apabila dibutuhkan)
