Light Steel Framing Construction Manager

1. Plan, organize, and manage Light Steel Framing projects from initiation to closeout.

2. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

3. Coordinate with design teams to ensure accurate interpretation of project requirements and specifications.

4. Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services as needed for project execution.

5. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

6. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety practices, and adherence to project plans.

8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations.

9. Lead and mentor a team of framing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

10. Collaborate with internal and external partners to continuously improve processes and deliverables.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience (5+ years) in Light Steel Framing Construction, with a track record of successfully managing projects of varying size and complexity.

3. Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, building codes, and industry best practices related to Light Steel Framing.

4. Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and document control.

5. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

6. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.

7. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices applicable to construction sites.

8. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

9. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and satisfaction.

10. Professional certifications (e.g. Project Management Professional) is a plus.
