Corporate Development Manager

Job Description :

• Provide financial and strategic analysis related to the Company's funding strategy, M&A, investment opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Develop financial models and valuation analysis that help guide the decision making process
• Conduct industry and market research related to trends, risks, opportunities and competitive landscape
• Participate in end-to-end deal transaction processes, including material preparation, negotiation, structuring, due diligence and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless deal execution
• Create presentations for senior management, board and shareholders
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc investor reporting

Requirements :

• Hold bachelor degree in finance, business or management with min.GPA 3.40
• Having at least 3 years experience in deals advisory/M&A or investment banking, private equity, Corporate Development/corporate finance or management consulting
• Preferably from accounting firm/startups
• Good grasp of accounting & finance
• Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with high level of attention to details
• Works well to achieve tight timelines while producing high quality outputs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written fluency in English
• Willing to be place at Puri Indah, West Jakarta
