The Opportunity
Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Coordinator to join our Commercial Services Learning and Development team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the Director of Learning and Development and stakeholders across all Commercial functions where you’ll be instrumental in assisting with the execution of the Learning and Development strategy through administrative support. The Role
Are you looking to build the foundations of your career in Learning and Development? This is the role for you! This role will be responsible for supporting the administrative duties for all Learning and Development department functions. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator who embraces working in an environment that celebrates experimentation and creativity. If you would like to be on a team that is focused on creating a best-in-industry Learning and Development program, this is the role for you!
•Oversee all communication for the Learning and Development department (Global Weekly Connect, Quarterly Newsletter, etc.) and assist with newsletter design.
•Manage learning event registration, hotel RFP, and the billback process.
•Assist with project management and vendor deliverables.
•Work with Subject Matter Experts and Learning Designers to identify needs and manage meetings and communication between parties.
•Work with legal on the creation and maintenance of all contracts (NDA, MSA, SOW).
•Create and maintain a learning opportunity calendar for hotel colleagues.
•Additional administrative duties to support learning functions in the Commercial Services space.
•Opportunities to participate in Hyatt’s Diversity & Inclusion activities.
