Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide pricing and delivery information.
- Manage administration.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Having minimum an associate degree D3 from any discipline.
- Minimum 1 years experience as Customer Service.
- Adept in using Ms. Office.
- Possessed a good communication skill.
- Able to handle customer complaints.
- Perform administrative task such as filling, record keeping.
- Hard working, responsible and able to work under pressure
