Job Responsibilities:
- Providing services to customer through email, call center or walk-in
- Handling customer complaints
- Collaborate with Operational team to find solutions
- Manage document letters of customers
Qualification:
- Maximal 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree with GPA Minimal 3
- Experience minimal 1-2 years as Customer Service in Life Insurance industry or banking
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal & non verbal)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Problem Solving oriented
- Energic, talkative, proactive and friendly
- Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
- Able to operate Ms. Excel
- Dress neatly
