JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Support SEA/CS Supervisor to oversee our Customer Service team and ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in Customer Service, sales support, or related roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing sales orders in accordance with customer purchase orders.
- Communicating and responding to emails and/or calls from customers, distributor, internal and external clients, adhering to service standards.
- Responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Maintaining relationships with Customer Relation Management & Support departments.
- Executing Customer Service processes & procedures within the CRM system (NetSuite) and generating weekly and monthly reports.
- Assisting the Sales Department in providing price quotations and estimates of product availability.
- Assisting in direct sales through e-commerce platforms.
- Supervising Customer Service in Indonesia and being responsible for Customer Service in the SEA region.
- Collaborating with the Warehouse team and coordinate with Warehouse supervisor for supply planning.
- Being accountable for overall service delivery and the development of the Customer Service team.
- Responsible for the warranty process for customers.
- Performing general administration and validating all Customer Service data.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as Business Support/CS Supervisor or a similar role, with at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (NetSuite).
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a team environment.
- Have fluency in English is a must.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in the engineering industrial industry sector.
- Experience with the CRM system (NetSuite).
