Job Description Customer Service Export :
- Look for FREIGHT RATE, schedule and DO as per customer request (CIF and FOB Term).
- Arrange for shipment.
- Collaborate with trucking division.
- Monitor & Tracking the trucking/shipment from customer's warehouse till arrive at destination port and picked up by consignee (must be taken care of roll over, delay, etc)
- 1 day can monitor new 5-10 shipments and trucks.
- Have experience minimum 4 years in handling Customer Service in Forwarding.
- Cooperate with trucking vendors, customers, operational staffs.
- REPORT to Marketing Manager/Director for every shipment running and to be, especially shipment problem, by active verbal, whatsapp group or email.

- Final SI to shipping line,
- Submit VGM, Manifest, draft BL, COO.
Requirement :
- Live near Kelapa Gading,
- Can do mulitasking and underpressure,
- 25 - 40 years old.
