Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Communication or Economic major
- Min. 2 year(s) experiences as Customer Service
- Excellent Communication Skill (Verbal & Written)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- High initiative to learn
- Have an active WAPERD license is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls
- Responding to emails
- Engaging in Live Chat, WhatsApp Center and “Contact Us” services
- Verifying new customer data
- Checking customer data in New Subs
- Updating customer data
- Confirming transacations, USSD, promotions, and data updates
- Filing customer administrative documents
- Providing assistance and necessary information to customers in transaction or administrative process
- Coordinating with relevant parties to managing and resolve customer complaints and transactional issues
