Customer Service Officer

Reporting directly to the Senior Customer Service, the Customer Service Officer will play a crucial role in handling Customer Service-related matters and ensuring smooth sales processes. This position offers an opportunity to specialize and grow within the field of Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for Customer Service escalations and effectively resolve issues.
• Manage customer relationships proactively to drive sales volumes.
• Supervise the entry of sales orders into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Handle pricing matters for new distributors, including creating price quotations and managing documentation for special promotions.
• Provide monthly sales reports by reviewing reports from various sources and analyzing sales data.
• Serve as the primary contact for distributor Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreements.
• Undertake any additional related assignments delegated by superiors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industry or FMCG.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong Customer Service management skills.
• Excellent data analytical abilities.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Must be a strong team player.
