JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Promoting and advising prospective clients on our property products and guiding them through the apartment and villa buying process.
- Provide professional customer support and responding promptly to customer inquiries, feedback and resolving complains.
- Arranging show property locations and tours for potential buyers.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow-up and processing orders, forms, applications, and requests and weekly updating report for submission
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Managing a team of junior Customer Service representatives (please confirm if this is correct as I thought they have no direct reports).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor or Diploma from any discipline.
- Minimum 2-year experience as a Customer Service personnel in the property industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- English and/or Mandarin speaking is important.
- Knowledge of Batam City will be an advantage.
- Good appearance and well groomed.
