Responsibilities
• Memorize and remember the available products in the pulsa server• Handle complaints from customers via phone and WA• Monitor pulsa server transactions• Ensure all server transactions run smoothly• Ensure uninterrupted internet connection to suppliers and customer applications• Ensure transactions match the denomination or code• Ensure supplier stocks/salaries are available• Perform daily stock off-name• Work in 3 shifts (24 hours)• Coordinate with the team during shift changes regarding pulsa server conditions
Requirements
• Age 18-20 years, neat, attractive and clean appearance• Minimum high school graduate• Understanding of pulsa provider products• Willing to work shifts and on Sundays/public holidays• Good online and offline communication• Teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions• Good computer skills• Very good accuracy• Ready to roll and have a career path• Honest, responsible, and mentally strong• Attendance and service bonus available• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience• Applicant must have ID card
