Requirement:
- D3/S1 in any major
- Fluent in english
- Have an experienced as a Customer service in Automotive or Trading company.
- Domicile in Cikarang will be advantage
- Have a good computer literacy (Ms. Office)
JobDesc:
- Professionally handle incoming inquiry from customer and ensure that inquiry are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Input and provide Quotation
- Process PO received from customer
- Solving problem customer complaint
- Troubleshooting customer issues over the phone
- Ensure delivery plan are match with customer request delivery date
- Provide weekly & monthly sales report and send to Manager for review
- Work closely with Customer Service Assistant for administrative stuff
- Work together with Product Development team and Design team if any update for any Brands
