- Handling customers directly either by telephone, via electronic media or face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries & handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle requests for products and services.
- Provide pricing and shipping information.
- Perform customer verification & setting up accounts for new customers.
- Data Entry Processing orders, forms, applications and other requests from customers with tight due date.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the Customer Service process.
