Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities:

  • Receive complaints, communicate with customers / consumers to gather data & information related to complaint
  • Weekly complaint report to management
  • Daily follow up for issue resolution to related division
  • Lead monthly resolution meeting
  • Send product replacement to consumer
  • Develop complaint procedures, policy and standard
  • Improve Customer Service experience

Requirements:

  • S1 Degree in Public Relation / Communication / Management
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in related field
  • Good communication & time management skills
  • Willing to work from office (Meruya, Jakarta Barat)
