Responsibilities:
- Receive complaints, communicate with customers / consumers to gather data & information related to complaint
- Weekly complaint report to management
- Daily follow up for issue resolution to related division
- Lead monthly resolution meeting
- Send product replacement to consumer
- Develop complaint procedures, policy and standard
- Improve Customer Service experience
Requirements:
- S1 Degree in Public Relation / Communication / Management
- 2 - 3 years of experience in related field
- Good communication & time management skills
- Willing to work from office (Meruya, Jakarta Barat)
