Sepuluh Sebelas Agency (1011 Group) are rapid growing digital marketing agency based in Jakarta and has some unit business company across Jakarta - Tangerang. We are providing integrating digital marketing solution, including both online and offline services, along with specialization in brand development, social media, digital marketing, creative brand activation and live event.

👑 Job Role

• Respond to clients or partners inquiries, resolve problems, and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Monitoring and record details of clients or partners interactions, transactions, inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients or partners and internal team.
• Operate backend system and coordinate closely with backend development and operational department.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products/services to provide accurate information to clients or partners.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and patience with client or partners.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solving skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Intermediate with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Experiences in Fintech or Banking Industries is a plus.
