Job Title: Customer Success Representative - CHAT++ (Leyan Technology)

Responsibilities:
- Monitor Merchant Lifecycle: Keep a close eye on merchants' journey, enhancing conversion rates for renewals and trials.
- Supervise Software Usage: Oversee merchant utilization of SaaS software to boost retention rates effectively.
- Gather Feedback: Extract valuable insights from merchants to swiftly address user issues and improve their experience.
- Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with sales team to facilitate contract signings and provide usage reports and data analysis to merchants.
- Willing to business trip within Indonesia
Requirements:
- E-commerce Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce operations preferred,
- Language : Proficiency in BAHASA and CHINESE languages advantageous for effective communication.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and understanding abilities to engage with merchants effectively.
- Proficient in Office Tools: Familiarity with basic office software like Excel, Word, etc., is necessary for day-to-day tasks.
