Job description
You will join a team that is charged with a new product line contribution as a business unit of Ogloba. Your responsibilities will include acting as main communication bridge with the new merchants, client companies, and end-users, helping them with technical issues by contacting our IT team, or simply give user guidance for the use of our Apps and Websites.
You will work in a startup environment located in a modern office in Kemang (South Jakarta).
Role & Responsibility
- Support end-users of the Mobile and Web applications in troubleshooting
- Communication and support to corporate clients
- Communication and support to merchant clients
- Simple reporting
Requirements
- You will be required to be team-spirited, able to share information and work closely with both our local partner and the international teamsw
- Knowledge in technology, or accounting is a plus
- Experience in communication and support is a plus
- Professional-level fluency in English is a must
