Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the digital team to deliver innovative and effective digital campaigns and strategies.
Define and execute integrated consumer journey and ecosystem planning to optimize the path to purchase.
Oversee the digital output of individual markets, ensuring consistency and high-quality digital expertise.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team members and clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
Educate and guide clients in transitioning from traditional to digital services, demonstrating the benefits and opportunities of Digital Marketing.
Stay updated on the evolving digital landscape, leveraging insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives and client needs.
A bit about you
At least of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a track record of leading successful teams.
Proven experience in navigating the digital landscape, including working during the pandemic and adapting to its challenges.
Deep understanding of Digital Marketing principles, tools, and trends, with a focus on driving results and innovation.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and impactful campaigns.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for digital innovation and a commitment to staying ahead of industry developments.
