Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager plays a critical role in fostering effective communication externally and internally with Taihe, driving engagement and culture across the firm. This role requires a strong creative spirit, underpinned by an entrepreneurial can-do attitude, curiosity, and empathy. Strong communication skills, abstract and technical creativity, and the ability to adapt to an evolving industry are critical for success in this role.
This position is responsible for formulating and ensuring that employees and relevant audiences are informed of Taihe's global strategy and aligned with the goals and objectives of the firm. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with various leaders and Senior Fellows to ideate and distribute content that promotes transparency, collaboration, and a positive corporate culture.
Position Location
This position is remote. Remote employees may be occasionally requested to attend forums, events, and other functions, for which their expenses will be covered.
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Communications, Marketing, International Relations, Media, and/or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, International Relations or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

- Knowledge of the AGILE management system is a plus.
- Experience with programmatic marketing is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Strategy:
- Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to develop and curate engaging and informative content.
- Edit and approve announcements, articles, and other materials to convey important messages to employees and audiences.
- Oversee and manage the overall look, feel, and tone of Taihe's digital brand.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Also, support the regular external communication efforts of key leaders on social channels including LinkedIn.
- Explore and implement new communication tools and platforms (i.e. TikTok, Threads) to enhance internal communication effectiveness.
Leadership Communication:
- Assist in crafting and delivering messages from senior leaders to employees, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's mission and values.
- Manage and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and accessible to all employees.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design and administration, to ensure that internal communication efforts are integrated and aligned.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to gather insights, align messaging, and address communication needs.
Compensation
70,000 100,000 USD or equivalent currency per year
An employee's salary will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Taihe's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits including time off for relevant cultural observances.
