Responsibilities:
- Create a strategy and plan for developing the business and achieving the company's goals
- Work collaboratively across all structures
- Identify market trends, needs, and opportunities for business plan
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen the relationship with customers
- Building the sales team
- Lead the Sales team in achieving the company objectives
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Sales, Market Knowledge, UMKM Knowledge, Good Communication, and Strong Analytical Skills,
- Experience in building the Sales team from scratch is a MUST
- Minimum experience of 5 years handling General Trade/Traditional Channel in FMCG, Telco, Banking, and other relevant industries
- Excellent command of English professional proficiency
- Able and willing to work in a startup company
- Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Preferably Head/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
