NOTE: We are hiring for a Senior Sales Manager in Indonesia, and Sales Directors (Country Lead role) in Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager (Indonesia) / Sales Director (Singapore / Malaysia / Philippines / Hong Kong) to drive sales for our SaaS Enterprise AI solutions (IDP and FAAS).

You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in alignment with company targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise tech sales in Indonesia in the financial services and banking industry, an understanding of AI technology, and a passion for driving innovation and transformation in businesses.

As we are a small and nimble team, there is significant flexibility for you to take charge and shape day-to-day processes based on your experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for Enterprise AI solutions particularly in the financial services and backing sector. Having a commercial mindset and experience in negotiation is ideal.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage with prospective clients, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their pain points, and present / demo for our solutions well.
  • Partner Management: Coordinate with Partner network to secure enterprise customers.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and track the sales pipeline effectively, from identification of potential leads (market sizing and mapping) to lead generation and closure - ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
  • Sales Performance Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize sales processes, tools, and tactics to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Collaborate with management and other teams to keep up to date of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, with 5-10 years of experience in selling technology solutions (preferably in AI, machine learning, or data analytics) for the financial services and banking sector in your focus market (in accordance with the role).
  • Proven track record to significantly ramp revenue in your focus market (in accordance with the role).
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • An existing network of contacts in financial services, banking, lending, and logistics/trade companies is valued.
  • Proficient in English, and the local language for your role.
  • Confident, self-driven and able to work independently
  • Passion to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous and start-up environment
