Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales independently using strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for short-term wins and long-term growth in line with company goals.
- Attend industry events to expand the company's network and find sales opportunities.
- Use your network to find and capitalize on sales opportunities, expanding business strategically.
- Proactively find sales opportunities and partnerships through research and networking.
- Manage the sales pipeline using data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and conversions.
- Guide clients through the sales process, customizing solutions to their needs.
- Reach out to potential clients through various channels to generate leads and engagement.
- Negotiate and close strategic partnerships, contributing to revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on sales performance to senior management.
- Improve sales operations and processes.
- Keep CRM systems updated with prospect interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and innovations.
- Share insights and learnings across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to support clients and maintain market leadership.
Qualification:
- 5-7 years of Sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exposure to influencer marketing agencies preferred.
- A natural ability to connect with decision-makers and build lasting business relationships.
- Knowledge or keen interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a relentless hunter for new business opportunities.
- Proficient in using HubSpot CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
