Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Create clear and measurable work plans to achieve desired sales targets and business results.
- Analyze sales data and business performance to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
- Develop sales forecasts and budgets based on data analysis and market information.
- Review and improve sales processes, including reimbursement process, quote generation, sales cycle and sales administration.
- Ensure that the systems, tools and technologies required for Sales Operations run smoothly and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, after-sales service, and other related functions to ensure effective coordination and consistency in sales efforts.
- Coordinate training and development for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report sales performance regularly to management, including analysis of performance trends, target achievement, and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop appropriate performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and goal achievement.
- Lead, direct and inspire the Sales Operations team to achieve the best results.
