To support our students we have built / purpose of role
This is a fulltime position that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.
What are the main responsibilities for this role
Drive overall topline revenue achieving annual growth targets for the business
Lead from the front: conduct individual sales consultations with prospective customers exceeding individual sales targets and coaching others to do the same
Drive highly profitable operations through close management of the P&L with the Country Manager/Regional Manager
Help to recruit and manage local Sales and Marketing teams ensuring the teams performance engagement efficiency and cohesion
Develop and execute a marketing strategy to create brand value and awareness including building relationships with various media outlets
Proactively scope new key corporate development and partnership opportunities that drive revenue growth and retention
Own and execute strategic projects to deliver on that strategy ensure collaboration working crossfunctionally with sales customer success marketing and product teams
Own forecasting reporting analysis and insights for the Indonesia growth operations team
Revenue targets achieved/exceeded each month quarter and fiscal year
Achieve countrywide P&L targets set by your Manager
What skills and experience are required
You have 5 years experience in sales strategy and operations (including 2 years of leading or developing a team)
Experience in education abroad preferably at a US university.
A high level of critical thinking solid commercial and strategic agility
Experience and desire to roll their sleeves and sell to end users as well as help others close deals
Experience in executing Sales and Marketing strategic initiatives and best practices within a complex business environment prior experience with consultative selling selling to CXOs or HNIs preferred
Strong ability to lead and inspire your team members
Professional communication skills both written and verbal; in both English and Bahasa
Strong local understanding of study abroad and the education landscape in Indonesia
Overseas admissions knowledge is advantageous but optional
You have exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach
You are passionate about education technology and startups
