Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling and resolving customers inquiries/requests for U.S. Markets.
- Providing excellent services to customers, answering chats and emails
- Developing and maintaining accurate files.
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Utilize various Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing.
Requirements:
- Preferably 1 year experience in Customer Service especially Chat/Email in English line. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree and above.
- Good Customer Service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to details.
- Working knowledge on Ms. Office. Fast typing speed.
- A good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve.
- Minimum English read/write skills level B1.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule (during day/night/rotational shift).
- Willing to work from our office in Yogyakarta.
- Available to join immediately.
