- Plan and execute events across APAC region, focusing on Jakarta
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Oversee event production, staging, and logistics
- Lead event marketing efforts for optimal reach and impact
- Collaborate closely with clients to deliver successful event experiences
âŠī¸ Requirements
- At least 5 years of Event Management experience in Asia Pacific, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience handle all aspects of events; Venue, Budgeting, AV, Production
- Flexibility to travel when necessary and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good command in English
