Responsibilities:
● Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
● Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
● Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports.
● Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
● Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the executive.
● Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for meetings and presentations.
● Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
● Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
● Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address them.
● Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and special projects.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
● Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
● Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
