Export Import Supervisor

Responsibility

• Responsible for import-export, logistics management, warehouse, transportation, and customer service
• Able to operate export – import processes optimally
• Manage export – import permits.
• Ability to organize, lead, motivate and care for all personnel involved in team
• Establish and maintain communication with suppliers, and other internal people involved in the shipping and delivery.
• Ensure that the documents required for import-export are in accordance with the requirements and requirements.
• Supervise so that import-export run in accordance with applicable government regulations and company SOP.
• Monitoring and reporting on operational costs used.
• Maintain and develop communication with external parties (customs and forwarders)
• Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and service providers to plan and execute export and import activities.
• Oversee the preparation and verification of export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

 Requirements

• Have experience in the field of export - import for at least 5 years
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of export – import
• An understanding of the transportation industry and the ability to liaise with shipping companies and other related industry managers.
• Have good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Experience in setting budgets and reporting against financial objectives.
