Job Description
Supervise and manage the hard services functions, including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and efficiency of all facilities.Utilize your engineering background to assess and address technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of all hard services.Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to execute specialized engineering projects and repairs.Ensure all facilities adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations related to hard services.Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure environment for both staff and visitors.Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the annual budget for hard services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.Build and maintain strong relationships with external service providers, negotiating contracts and overseeing service level agreements.Lead and inspire a team of hard services professionals across all malls, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in facility management, with a focus on hard services.Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
