Uraian Tugas
- Visit customer according to the schedule for training, troubleshooting and any other reasons
- Communicating with customer by online means (voice call, video call, messaging) as part of Customer Support work
- Improving knowledge by following training and product knowledge learning regularly
- Building report to the management to improve customer experience, satisfaction and application
Meminta
- At least SMK or D3 in Information Technology, Computing or Hardware Design is preferable
- Must have motorcycle and respected license (SIM C)
- Having experience in handling and communicating with customer is preferable
- Having experience in SaaS, POS, ERP and/or B2B business is preferable
- Having experience in IT networking and infrastructure is preferable
- Having capability in speaking, reading and writing in English is preferable
- Patient, ready for work pressure from customer side, having initiative to improve customer and company condition, and flexible scheduling (within company working hour limit)
