Job Summary
The Finance Executive Staff is responsible for managing the company's finances and accounting operations, including budgeting, reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, and bookkeeping. This role ensures financial transparency, compliance, and efficient accounting processes across the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, and reports.
- Handle some aspects of bookkeeping, which are accounts receivable and tax.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Manage bank reconciliations, and financial transactions.
- Develop and implement financial and accounting procedures and controls.
- Prepare ensure timely tax payments.
- Conduct monthly stock taking.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a combined finance and accounting role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial and accounting software tools (SAP B1)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
