- Minimum of two (2) years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage
Operations Management experience
- Knowledgeable on Food and Beverage trends and the luxury Villas market
- Proficient in both of spoken and verbal English
- Have the ability to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue of
company's FB outlets
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit,
motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing
exceptional customer service, and ability to improve the bottom line
- Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must &
banqueting experience will be an asset
