Summary of Responsibilities
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading the Food and Beverage Service operations in all outlets and banquet and reporting directly to Director of Food & Beverage, coordinating closely with the culinary leaders to create meaningful and unique F&B experiences.
In addition, this position has to ensure that the division's leadership and operational activities align with the core values, ethical principles, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines of the Sofitel brand.
Work Experience
- At least two years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury five-star hotel or resort
- A diploma or a degree in hotel / restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage knowledge in the national and international markets.
- Experience in big F&B Operations
