General Manager

Job description：

1. Taking charge of overall management of the company, and organizing to implement the resolutions of the board of directors;
2. Finalization company basic management system and regulations;
3. Participate in the formulation and implementation of annual target and plans;
4. Organize to define the annual plan, and distribute to all departments including marketing, purchasing, PPIC, production, finance, quality etc , Monitoring the performance to ensure to achieve the target;
5. Participate to define the production target and related strategy;
6. Responsible for operation cost decreasing;
7. Participate to define the KPI and ensure achieving;
8. Responsible for team building and team training;
9. Responsible for Internal and external communication and liaison including government, customers etc.
10. High knowledge about Lean Manufacture, TPM, Safety (5S) and others

Position requirement：

1.  Bachelor degree or above;   
2. More than 8 years’ manufacturing industry experience, familiar to overall management( with GM Experience preferred)；
3. Familiar with overall company operation and various department work flow;
4. Skilled in management teams and manufacture area;
5. Skilled in cost control; strong leadership, etc
6. Language :good spoken in Chinese (preferred), English and Indonesia ；
7. Will be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi
