(Global Retail) Mandarin E-Commerce Manager

Responsibilities:

• Engage in regular communication with various e-commerce platforms (like Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, Lazada, Bukalapak) to secure event resources.
• Liaise between platform contacts and our operational teams.
• Negotiate resource exchanges with different e-commerce platforms effectively.
• Develop and prepare monthly plans for resource requests from platforms, including implementation schedules and budget considerations.
• Evaluate the results obtained from various e-commerce platforms and make necessary adjustments to plans for subsequent months.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent in any major.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, especially in speaking.
• At least 3 years of experience working with various e-commerce marketplaces.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong personality.
• Willingness to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
