Job Description
Team Leadership and Building Setup:
Recruit, hire, and lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals.Create and nurture a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive team performance.Establish the necessary infrastructure and processes for successful Building Management and development.
Construction Project Oversight:Manage all aspects of construction projects, from design and planning to execution and handover.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
Business Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for each development project, aligning it with the company's overall objectives.Analyse market trends, conduct feasibility studies, and identify opportunities for growth and diversification.Make data-driven decisions to maximise profitability and return on investment.
Retail and Commercialisation:Oversee the leasing and commercialisation process, working closely with tenants and brokers to attract high-quality businesses.Develop marketing and promotional strategies to enhance property visibility and desirability.Optimise occupancy rates and rental income while ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Financial Management:Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for each property.Monitor expenses, revenue, and financial performance, making necessary adjustments to meet financial goals. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.15+ years of experience in real estate development, with a strong background in project management and business strategy.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build and lead high-performance teams.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate market trends and regulations.Strong financial and business acumen as well as analytical skills.
