PT Korea Energy Indonesia (KOENSIA) is a subsidiary of Korea South-East Power Co. (KOEN), established in January 2018 in Indonesia. KOENSIA is responsible for power plant operation maintenance and consulting in Indonesia and our employees have much experience in construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and management at KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Generation) and KOEN’s power plants.
In Sulawesi, one of the projects is as O&M Consortium for PLTU Palu-3 2x50 MW. We are looking for the best candidate to support our business activities in Palu, Central Sulawesi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and communication skills to deliver duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Organize and evaluate the safety rules and procedures of the Maintenance Department by the quality management in the company to ensure the safety and smooth of Power Plant operation.
- Effectively review the annual budget plan for maintenance activities to determine if the budget is comprehensive enough to achieve the company's goals of achieving high availability and safe operations implementation.
- Monitor and control Engineering section activities according to the maintenance management system that has been set and by the aspects of compliance, safety, environmental health, quality, and productivity.
- Monitor the material status of each facility and manage and supervise it to ensure efficient use and replenishment.
- Analyze the inspection and testing result on mechanical / electrical / I&C system and define the corrective steps for the maintenance of equipment.
- Review and improve the implementation of preventive maintenance performed in a timely manner and in accordance with equipment standards to ensure equipment performance is related to maintenance plans.
- Reviews equipment inspection reports and reports to superiors to track abnormalities in each maintenance department to support continuity of plant operations.
- Evaluate the Engineering Maintenance activity such as planning, work method, work equipment, personnel, material/ spare part, overtime as well as the cost to increase the achievement of work effectivity and efficiency.
- Organize and control engineering maintenance activities such as outage planning, engineering and stewardship of plant facilities and develop cost-effective programs and maintain budget to maximize the safe, efficient, and economical Power Plant operation.
- Monitor Implementation of policy system ISO 9000, 14000, 18000 and Occupational Health and Safety in Engineering Section runs according to applicable regulation in order to achieve Zero accident.
- Monitors and supports human resource development (training, certification and competency) of the Maintenance Engineering Section to support maintenance activities.
- Review Power Plant Operation & Maintenance comprehensive periodical reports in order to meet Owner requirements.
- Occasionally perform direct maintenance during routine, planned and unplanned tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in Machine Maintenance of the coal power plant (PLTU)
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical)
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
