Job Description:
- Drive new projects with advantages by coordinating and dealing with key partners such as government organizations, agencies, institutions
- Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments given along with the best result and execution
- Analyse and monitor the performance of campaigns & marketing activities for government sellers
- Efficiently organize and convene meetings with key partners and relevant teams by outlining specific meeting follow-up items and providing implementation on suggested action items
- Recruit sellers interested in participating in government projects that benefit both buyers and sellers by driving sales through marketing activities and providing opportunities to earn marketing assets
- Develop business models and campaigns along with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- +1 year of working experience in gov't related associations or operation agencies that closely work with the e-commerce industry is preferred
- Documentation skills to communicate using various tools such as HWP, word, PPT, Excel, etc. for (a) proposal/report to externals and (b) G-doc/sheet/slide to the internals
- Excellent data analysis & visualization skills with fully deriving insights
- Bilingual in Korean and English with strong communication skills to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
- Suitable for work collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Positive mindset with a modest attitude
- Strong adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
