1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
2. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
3. A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
4. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Ability to anticipate guest needs, handle complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
5. Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests and team members. Ability to owrk well in a team oriented environment.
6. Basic computer skills.
