Job Description
Crafting Marketing Strategies: Develop long-term marketing strategies, formulate clear positioning strategies, and devise ways to differentiate products for a competitive edge.Securing Product Support: Engage sales forces and dealers to garner support for products, coordinate product improvements, and manage deliveries.Conducting Research and Analysis: Undertake competitor and customer studies, establish effective competitive intelligence systems, and analyze gathered information to inform strategy.Sales Planning: Budget, forecast, and monitor sales performance metrics, ensuring accountability for sales volume, contribution margin, and market share.Leading Training Initiatives: Develop training materials and impart product knowledge to trade marketing, sales, and consumers.Facilitating Communication: Maintain strong communication channels with regional management, particularly with regional product managers. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management; an MBA degree is a plus.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing communication programs, with at least 2 years in product management.Proficient in P&L management.Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.Expertise in product/solution life cycle management.Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders such as Regional Product Managers, Project Managers, Finance Teams, Business Development, and Supply Chain.Strong strategic thinking and program management skills.Capable of building alignment across multiple organizations and confidently interacting with senior management.
