Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, identify target user segments, and define a clear value proposition for the app.
- Collaborate with product management to outline the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure a seamless user journey through UI/UX design.
- Work closely with Sharia scholars to ensure all aspects of the app adhere to Islamic principles.
- Partner with the IT team to define technical functionalities and explore innovative digital solutions to enhance the app's features and content.
- Embrace a data-driven approach to optimize user acquisition, monthly active users, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to continuously improve user acquisition, engagement, and lead generation.
- Benchmark against similar Islamic apps to identify best practices and inform strategic decisions.
- Manage a product team focused on user experience.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between product development, marketing, Sharia scholars, and the IT team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 9 years of experience in product strategy, digital product management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products with a strong user focus.
- Experience working in a Sharia-compliant environment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and lead generation strategies in the digital space.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
