About the RoleAs our Head of Indonesia Region Strategy, you will oversee the entire Indonesia Region team which includes Consumer Engagement, Operations, and Sales. The role will devise, lead and execute strategic initiatives that will significantly improve GOJEK’s operations performance in Indonesia. This position reports to the Head of Indonesia Region and has 4 direct reports which assist on special project delivery, analytics, and regional supply chain. The role plays a significant part in setting OKR and ways of working by aligning with different functions. With your expertise in project management, you’ll be instrumental in driving our team closer to our ultimate goal of winning the Indonesia market, ensuring everything they do works in harmony with Gojek’s goals and values.
What You Will Do
- Be the strategic partner for the Head of Indonesia Region to develop the OKR
- Lead the way of working in running the weekly and monthly OKR review
- Provide input and recommended actions to Head of IndoRegions and SRHs (Strategic Regions Head) as the result of the weekly/monthly OKR review
- Lead and deliver IndoRegion special projects
- Lead IndoRegions coordination with multiple stakeholders especially Products’ S&P (Strategy & Planning) Team
- Supervise the Driver Support Unit (DSU), and Center Of Excellence (COE), and Regional Supply Chains operations
What You Will Need
- At least 7 years experience in relevant sectors e.g. management consulting, corporate strategy / PMO function in multinational organizations
- Solid project management skills - provided by experience in delivering large scale projects in previous organization
- Strong in planning, leadership, managerial skill, result-driven, target-oriented with proven track records
- Very good in number, excellent in analyzing data and using analytics to make decisions (PPT, sheet, excel)
- Have proven experience in leading complex projects and delivering results
- Proficient in English & Bahasa, strong communication & interpersonal skill
- Strong business acumen (have a basic understanding of P&L/profit & loss)
- Fast learner, can work in an ambiguous setting
